heard the quick announcement on the news about North Korea fired the missile toward to Japan it landed in Japan sea inside of the exclusive economic zone.
It was about 190 miles away from the island. In this morning, prime minister of Japan announced that " I will take concrete actions with the United States to deter North Korea". What I surprise is that he never say like this aggressive way about this problem, and the way he spoke was very nervous and anger. Also, I heard about prime minister told to Minister of Defense to move much strong defense warship to the military camp close to the Korea. Also, the U.S. forces move the two strong battleships called USS Carl Vinson and USS Ronald Reagan.

In this summer I will go back to Japan and there is U.S air force camp close to Tokyo so I feel worried a little bit in these days.
In my opinion, I hope we can solve this problem by without action like attack them or put the bomb and kill many people.
This is my topic of my speech so I will continue to explore more information on North Korea issue until my speech day.
I read a news about Burger King company insulted the Belgium King.
I wondering want the King will do for this problem. Because it makes me remind about Korean government insulted the Empire of Japan. The country that has a King or Royal families, we have different system of government, and people's respect of countries. For example, the president is the top of United State but people don't care who says bad think of President. However, the country that has a King we have a different feeling. When someone talks bad things, all the population will get angry even government. There is a good example. Last years president of South Korea said that Japan needs to bring the empire to apologize for all the people, and using bad impression to talk about empire. After that government stop economic cooperation with Korea and tried to do economic sanctions for them. Even the royal families are not involved in politics, people still respect of empire. So insulting of royal families could make a big problem.
Most of the countries that have royal families are similar that people respect their king or queen. So, the case with Burger King could be the huge problem such Withdraw all stores from Belgium or some economical action to Burger King.
If it's between countries, it could occur war.

No.2  Different system of new entry employment

I will continue to talk about more different styles.  The huge difference is employment system. most of the Japanese companies have adopted a lifetime employment system. So, most of the employs will work at one company until retire year. Also, the income will increase every year until retire year. If people change the company many times, their income will start from first income.
Also, biggest different is student employment efforts. American students are doing internship many times, study hard and some people try to get MBA or Ph.D. because it is easier to get the job.
On the other hand, Japanese student just studies hard to get into the University. After they get into the university, the student no really studies, and most people don’t do an internship too. And everyone starts to apply for job same times. The big problem for me or people study in the other countries, the Japanese companies they are tend to hire the employees who study in Japan. So, I like to follow the way American student do such as attending many internships, study my major hard and try to get a higher degree.
I hope I can get a job in foreign companies to survive in competition with other people from around the world.

Different system of new entry employment

Nowadays I feel worried about getting a job. All my friends in Japan have to start to work from this spring. So, today I will talk about difference new employment circumstances. There is the much huge difference between United State and Japan.
First one is that American companies seek what applicant did when he or she was in schools such as GDP and Studies. When I look at the application of companies, there are many requirements such several years experience, higher GPA, and Degree. What I surprise is people need to have a specific degree of job type.
For example, getting a job in Bank can only accept from people who study business majors. The different things in a Japanese company are that they don't really care of GDP, what you study or experience except for profession jobs.
So, my grandfather, he works in the bank even she didn't study in the business major. For me, I'm studying business but I want to apply for airplane pilot, so good things of getting a job in Japan is a flexible choice.

This topic I still have more idea to share so I will talk about something related to this for next blog.

North Korea Missile test problem

This week, we made a group for our presentation, and we decided the topics about North Korea issue.
Personally I interested in this topic because it been a big problem from long times ago. We have a 4 people from different countries( American, Chinese and Japanese) so we are going to talk about view of this problem from different countries. From my view of North Korea issue. Before North Korea did the missile test either one a year or not. However, they have been doing almost ones a 2 months from last year. I don't think the North Korea will listen the word from Untied State, South Korea and Japan. Japan and South Korea tried to solve this problem by peaceful way for a long times ago. The thing change now is Since Trump became president he is trying to make action.
My opinion to solve this problem is use battleships and aircraft to go close to their land and make pressures. In the worst case, when they try to attack us we need to use force.
Because if we let them keep testing missile test, one day they will attack us suddenly so before that happen we need to stop them.

Couple weeks ago, some group talked about healthy stuff. I will talk about my vision of the healthy product and some research. I think a he...
